Many hands make light work – unity is strength
This was certainly true last Saturday, when tamariki, whānau and kaiako came together to move a mountain of soft fall material. The new soft fall was placed around our play equipment. Not only will it provide a safe fall zone, but the lighter colour has brightened up the play space too.
While most adults worked outdoors with wheelbarrows, shovels and rakes there were workers inside too, creating a lovely meal and hot drinks in appreciation for the work done. Thank you to everyone for helping.
Brooklyn, aged 2 proved to be an expert at raking the bark and sisters Harper and Fleur contributed their skills also.
