Our explorers on our weekly ngahere excursions have loved the walks over winter, checking out the change in seasons and what it does to our local bush gully.

A recent walk provided so much excitement as we found the Gruffalo!  It started with finding his footprint, then another and another.  They were so big, they had to be the Gruffalo’s.  As we kept following his footsteps, we discovered his cave, but unfortunately he wasn’t home – maybe next time?
