Thank you Geyser Community Foundation for the grant gifted to Central Kids Elstree in Rotorua for our marae programme.  We were able to cover our programme costs for the term including transport, seedlings and gardening tools for our tamariki such as gloves, hand trowels, forks and watering cans.

The programme has been life changing for many of our tamariki and whānau who have developed a strong sense of belonging and connection to this wonderful place – Apumoana Marae.  It has also provided many opportunities for our kindergarten community to grow the knowledge of planting their own māra/garden and produce delicious fruit and vegetables for their whānau.
