You are entitled to make a complaint if you are unhappy about something that has occurred at one of our kindergartens, or about potential non-compliance with Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and the Licensing Criteria for Early Childhood Education and Care Centres 2008.
Please contact your kindergarten in the first instance. You can make a complaint by phone, email, in writing or in person.
Your complaint will be investigated.
