Central Kids Huntly West offers many opportunities for children within a safe, nurturing learning environment and a child-initiated, resource-based, play programme.
Our philosophy is based around the belief that building strong relationships/whanaungatanga with tamariki, whānau, and wider community is the key to successful learning and development.
Children choose their learning activities, experience new challenges in co-operative ventures and participate in on-going projects with trained, registered teachers supporting their interests. These experiences expand their capabilities and provide a smooth transition to school.
