Our fully qualified early childhood kaiako and support staff strive to provide the highest quality early education experience, by creating an environment that is nurturing, supportive, inclusive and a safe space for all tamariki, whānau and kaiako.

We empower tamariki to express their own sense of identity, engage in decision making and be active participants in their own learning. Our skilled kaiako support tamariki to foster their independence, responsibility and risk taking.

Tamariki are at the centre of our thoughtfully resourced, play-based, child-led environment where we extend on their interests to create meaningful learning experiences.

Tamariki are encouraged to be confident in their own culture and develop respect and understanding of other cultures. We acknowledge and celebrate our dual heritage of Aotearoa, with respect for Te Tiriti o Waitangi, which is reflected in our everyday practices.

We work to develop reciprocal and respectful relationships between tamariki, whānau and kaiako and the wider community.
