Kinloch Kindergarten

An environmentally sustainable kindergarten focused on whānau and community contribution.

At Kinloch Kindergarten, we have a community based way of being, we strongly welcome and value whānau contribution and have a co-constructive approach to tamariki learning.

We are currently operating out of the Kinloch Community Hall three days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) while fundraising is underway to build a permanent home for our kindergarten.

We hope to be open in our purpose built kindergarten from 2026, when we will begin offering all day care for tamariki from six months of age, five days a week.

Our kaiako are passionate about making genuine connections with not only the community, but our biggest asset Papatūānuku. We are extremely lucky to spend lots of time exploring our ngahere and the wonderful environment that makes Kinloch so special.

As kaitiaki of our place, we are an environmentally sustainable kindergarten and acknowledge that we all have a responsibility to provide a sustainable future for all.

Nau mai haere mai, come and meet our amazing team, and see for yourself how Kinloch Kindergarten will be a great choice for your whānau.
